HOMEOWNER OPEN HOUSE

The SPIRE Open House was held on July 17, 2009 for all current reservation holders and their guests.  It was the first chance for everyone attending to see the amenity floors (9, 10 and 42), browse the completed homes on the 30th Floor and have a drink while watching the sunset in the SkyClub (Floor 42).   The weather was beautiful, food was fabulous and drinks were plentiful….all in all a successful evening.   If you weren’t able to attend, stay tuned – we will be hosting another Open House!

Well hello everyone out there in Spire land!

Lauren here to help in-SPIRE you to get off your fanny and get out there this weekend.

With the 4th of July this Saturday, there are more than just a few events going on around this spectacular city. This star spangled holiday is about so much more than having a day off to spend with your family and eat as much BBQ as you can stomach……..it’s about celebrating the independence of our great nation and honoring those who have fought for it and of course………FIREWORKS!!!!!!

So, fire up those grills, cut up those watermelons and start getting ready for the best weekend of the summer…….(we all know you’ve given up actually working by this point anyways).

Restaurant Review – XO Noodle Bar

XO has finally arrived  much to our content. Although fairly difficult to find at first (through the back alley or directed through the front entrance of the JET hotel by a host/hostess) we were pleasantly surprised. The interior has a sleek, modern, Asian look with great materials and plants at every table bringing on a very clean, laid back atmosphere to have a meal.

The menu is divided into three separate categories providing a good variety of plates. In addition to the menu there is a lunch special of several plates for a smaller price ($8). The first category, ramen bowls, includes duck, beef, seafood and vegetables. The rice dishes include similar options. The “exotic bowls” are just that, “exotic” and very unique meals with an array of meats, vegetables, soups, and flavors in every bowl. Furthermore three sauces are provided to each table ranging from an Asian version of salt and pepper to a spicy chili sauce to mix into the noodles providing and extra kick to any dish. Each bowl provides more than your money’s worth in both taste and amount.

The meal, service, and atmosphere were exquisite. If you enjoy a good bowl of noodles or rice and don’t mind spending $10-$15, XO behind the JET hotel comes highly recommended.   www.xo-noodlebar.com
